Dear Sir/MadamI have recently had a quotation for shutters in our home from Hillary’s Blinds and I would like to know if you are able to better their quotation. Of course you may feel that you would need to visit and measure independently to quote. However, I would like to place my order in the next day or so and am simply testing the water to see if another company can improve on the price.
