关于那个罚金的计算问题，到底是一个什么样的语法结构。

关于重复验货的那个，实际上我已经做了解释了——因为直译也就是“无效验货”。

u xTaJ 费用是一样收，但表述不一样。一般来说，客户的要求是，首次验货是免费的，第二次重验需收费。但这里是将第二次验货作为“必要验货”，所以仍然是免费的，但第一次因为没通过，所以视为无效验货。 对于一家公司来说，这两种表述实际上是一个意思。

%ec/m8qj N#@!T:I9Sb 1/10 of 1% 这个结构太怪了，google和baidu都没有找到，我接的信用证有没有见过那么复杂的，所以就采取直译罗，呵呵。实际就算滞期银行也不可能扣那么多的，我都试过好多次了，只要客户签字就可以了，而且从结构上看1/10不可能是10月1或者1月10的意思。
