正常来说，企业出具的邀请函就好用， 不用原件， 扫描的就可以，但是对一些特殊国家比如尼日利亚，需要当地政府出具的邀请函， 邀请企业需要到政府外事办办理， 一份100人民币。

我们公司有邀请权，有国家授权，所以不用每次化100BB，一般客人都要原件，有的扫描件也可以。:tb88

这些东西好多人都不知道呢。。。

商业的话，自己写一个就行。

看各个国家规定了，有的国家只需要复印件也可以，写明谁谁谁，护照号码，什么时间来等信息，盖个公司章即可

:tb22 我以前就是自己写的  写具体什么时间某某来我司进行考察 注明来华期间所有的保险等其他费用由其个人或对方公司承担 我司不负责任 老板签字 盖好公章就行
