铁路运输可否使用信用证付款方式

现有乌兹别克斯坦客户，要求铁路运输，信用证付款方式，能接受么？

可以，大致的操作是一样的，只是其中涉及的一些单据有所区别..P'f}@-KO%T/L

我还有个问题，铁路提单不是货权凭证，怎样控制货物呢？是不是发了货，就控制不了货物了？

我做的单子上是以货物收据来代替提单的。
