给客户的信函,报价要有统一规范的格式,最好上面有公司LOGO什么的,给客户感觉你是一家很正规的大公司。另外,从对方的信函看,我觉得客户对你的产品情况不是很了解,也没有经营过你这种产品。因此我想你可以再介绍下产品及其特点优势。                                                -----RAIN

2. It is an inquiry issued by the owner of the company. It tells me that it's a very small business.9 r) ~, r% I, C% U" ?% J
3. If it is a very small company, how can they purchase a large quantity of your products, which are of low value?
: e6 E: j: ~! m( O# H4. I did a search on "Skyline Electronics", which appears to be a very common business name, and didn't find any possible match of the inquirer. This, again proves my guess that they are a very small business. I even doubt if it exists.

For an inquiry like this, I would probably not reply in the first place.

3. You only referred to the product model (such as CFxxxx) and didn't include a brief description of the products. The inquirer may have no idea what you were talking about because you only gave the models and models are just codes and don't really mean anything to someone who is not familiar with your models. I assume these model numbers are not generally used in the industry. Of course, you asked him to visit your website, where more detailed info is available. However, it is always important to let your potential customer know what kind of things you are trying to sell up front.. K+ w0 D, W. V+ H* b3 x
