我又一个英国客户,在通了两次邮件后没有回音了。我想继续跟踪一下,请教英语高手如何写一封完美的跟踪信?
我是人海中的一只小蚂蚁,不停的躲避匆匆行人的脚印

也许可以先确认一下邮件是否收到,然后在询问客人对产品有什么意见和建议。再表示一下自己很真诚。其实有很多客人是发邮件来套价格,不回也很正常。所以具体要看你对该客户的了解。
