和这个客户通过很多信了,也寄了样品,反馈后说有个样品有问题,我回信告诉他,我们能保证质量后,他回信如下.
( m% Q6 J+ K) a: i6 s在和我讨价还价,我报的价格是USD0.978.基本上不可能再低了.大家说说我该怎么回?

plastic button , we didn't mean that we wanted to change it but only know the difference

our sales manager to see if we can adapt ourselves to your normal packing way , anyway

他可能是故意来的 希望你降价
0 e" c! E5 g4 l; v$ W  C你先表达出你的诚意 再谈质量 再告诉他价格不能降了 这是成本价

诚意的话,在交流我感觉是比较有诚意的,他能把竞争对手告诉我,而且把他价格也告诉我,说明这客户还是比较真诚的,问题他想压价,而且我们的价格基本上没法降了,我就怕他会转向向那个客户那里买.我该怎么办?

如果你们的价格真的不能在压的话
. J( }, n; x) n  i$ O其他厂家的价格也不太可能比你们的低

看了你们的样品后,他既然要求你降价,证明有一点那就是他对你们的货物有兴趣,但是他不能接受为什么你们的价格要比其他公司的价格要高这么多.所以你要找到合适的理由说服他为什么你们是这个价格.如果客户认同了你的理由,那这个单也就可以搞定了
