急!!!该怎么回复客户呢(已解决)
有个澳大利亚的客户要我们寄样品7 p7 Z+ e- v7 s$ H- `
但是他们不愿意用西联5 J* G! D( T Q2 }& Q5 |+ H- B
说西联曾经把他们的款弄丢了
9 L9 z4 o/ w, `' X; h- ~9 l, Q如果用其它银行,我们要付给银行的手续费比样品的价格还要贵$ t/ E! x/ A, c4 [( ]
本想免费送个样品给他好了; T3 c+ [- |0 R8 f
可是我们公司有规定,样品都要收费

5 j; C6 k" s% s* J7 U: r) KI dont have any suggestions at all. Its goes to the manufacturer who can sell their products. As I said before, we need to test samples prior to purchase and one sample is only required. # v( Z! \( t4 w
' G0 {& ]" P* E5 B/ M. v$ DSo in the mean time, you will have to think what you can do for us and hopefully you can take a share of the P/O.
