Regarding to the case of extra 800 cartons , I feel shoked and disappointed when I found the mistake but I only sit for half a minute then I printed the order amendment and told the manager to sign (verification) it immediately and rushed to the workshop. And the manager help me to call all the people involved in this case (the planner of cartons , printing , produciton schedule .. etc.)

I entered the office of workshop and told them that it's my fault but do please stop all the works and to make amendment at once.

当我们老板非要找我谈话,讲那些错误或者损失时。我,包括我们老大经常说的是“请让我们先去解决问题,因为你现在说的话根本对及时解决问题没啥帮助”。 [ BOSS巨没面子,不过后来他也认识到外贸出口和其他问题的不同了-----------当然这个是前一家公司的事情 ]

4 I; G( U5 m) b就拿这次出错的800箱来说,虽然我发现错误时很震惊也很失望,不过不过就坐了半分钟就立即打了更改的单又我们老大签了立即跑下去了,要求他们停下手头所有工作帮我把单子全部改过来。整个都解决掉后,老大才找我谈了这个错误的原因,为未来工作指定了更合理的流程。并且要求我做好总经理谈话的心理准备

(不过十有八九不会谈,因为其他部门的人造成的损失更大,他们可不想做“杀敌一千,自损八百”的买卖,所以会很默契的不去打小报告)
