而因为客户放弃货物了，按FOB价格付的款，等于说是按“出厂价+国内运费”付了钱，而实际也没产生国内运费。因此这段本来就要支出的钱就省了。

我的问题是——这个从句到底应该是怎么写。

; r& U* i# Y; g) @5 k$ C6 o首先这两者都是不可省略的。from ...to ..是表明费用的起始和终了，而has been included是为了强调这是本来就必须要付出的成本结果却是节约了。. G/ f- ?. O) d' U0 t

4 E0 w6 B6 i9 c9 v8 C为了不至于语法错误，我单独用and分开了。3 D7 B6 K) q8 J$ I9 q% u

个人认为用逗号将定语从句和主句分开就可以了。
! g. L6 G- f* e2 f1 I* U  G. F因为从意思上和逻辑关系上就能看出来。5 j. a) r2 h" L' n: Y
定语从句中说的是费用，那主句中说的也该是费用。
* z; f: F* ?5 ~. J) I, G, v另外，如不加逗号，后面就是限制性定语从句，用来修饰离它最近的限定词（forwarder's warehouse）5 C4 O3 \0 o! D: o4 Q2 }; {
但是加了逗号就成了非限制性，它就没有这种局限性，可以修饰前一句，也可以修饰前一段还可以修饰前一件事情。主要看意思和逻辑关系来。
