i used to have a strong pressure in my work hours and sometimes even had nightmares during the nights in my bed, since i was just entered the corporation and nearly have nothing familiar. strange colleagues, different environment and strict managers made me upset. i can still memorize the situation the first time the manager asked me to be familiar with my product. in order to make me better understand the details of the items , the manager asked me to recite the consignment sheet, which consists of many various prices, complex labels(shipping marks) and different quantites of each item. however, i paid little attention to that since i thought that of no importance, for which i was blamed. the manager was so strict at that time that i was startled and cried at once.

and he has no excuse to blame me any more. it seems that the pressure is gone suddenly .
