我是08毕业的才开始做外贸，一个多月，刚进公司的时候发邮件，遇到一个大客户（老板说的）。 然后他就向我下样品单，这样就开始了我从5月到现在的催款过程。而且，截至目前为止，我都没有收到汇款，他附件发的汇款凭证也是个水单。请大家帮我鉴定下真伪，把他邮件发上来。

1.Thank you for the offer of making guitars for us I would be very interested in looking at some LP SG Firebird Explorer Thunderbird bass guitars we are presently using 2 factories in China but we have many orders coming in every week and  we may need more production but we   need  only the best quality available please let me know some prices

2.the samples look good on the pictures how many do you have and what is the price also how long would it take you to make 1000 PCs  in mixed colours

3.Please make 12 samples with  Mahogany body  CHERRY SUNBURST X 4  HERITAGE DAK CHERRY BURST  X 4 TEA BURST X 4 so we can see the quality and then we can look at quantity

4. I have received the invoice and will process it this week please get the samples in production and we will fly them in as soon as they are ready you can email or call me on any of the contact numbers

5. I will send the payment Monday next week when I am back in the office no problem and when we have had the samples we will then if the quality is what we need send an FOB order

6. I have done the transfer on line  Today I will email the details later  

7.I will check with the bank on Monday its only a small amount and the guitars are not ready for shipping yet so it is not a problem

8.I am in Spain this week will be back in the office Sunday 22nd

9. I will send that Today

10.Attached is the payment sent to you I am away in Europe from wes next week so if the samples are here before then I can look at them and give you my opinion and first order for 1000 guitars here is and Idea of what we would need get back to me if you need model clarification

11.   I have checked my $ account and the payment has gone to the details you sent me so I think you should have it soon Have the samples gone I need them here quickly so I can make a decision and place the first 40ft container order How will we pay for the 40ft containers 30 day credit paying

到此为止，他的邮件就没有了。其中有很多封是我在催款，我就没发了，我不知道是不是骗子，他要的订单量很大，但是连样品款都没有付，水单现在我们的银行也查不到他的汇款，请大家帮我鉴定！！

我司与客户谈的是FOB重庆,现在客户要在上海出口,要求我把产品内销卖给另外一家上海公司,由这家公司出口,客户要求我提供增殖税发票给这个公司.
我们的产品有5%的退税,价格为0.5美金FOB,请问我应该要求对方付怎样的人民币价格给我,是直接按0.5美金换算,还是??????

你们是要求客人将你们的样品费用是打到你们公司的账户上还是你们老板的个人户头上的啊，你在仔细核查一下，汇票搜易人士谁啊。我们上次有个客户收益人，错了，款被动在银行了。

我们用的是代理公司，用的是代理公司的银行。
如果汇款在银行的话也应该能看到的啊

的确蛮郁闷的，如果真的是有诚意的客户，那应该不会连样品款都不付吧！又或者会不会是你们的沟通有问题啊。。。是否可以试下电话联络，这样比较能听出客户的态度！。。。。

钱没到账 不给发货 水单有可能是假的。。。。。。。

继续跟踪， 保持平和的心态，还是那句话，不见兔子不撒鹰。

好郁闷啊！按也是新手还没有 遇到这种情况
