Inland Transport Agreement

6 q5 d' N0 L$ w3 t" O8 l' o% n( GThis agreement is made on JUN. 17, 2008, that XXX(hereinafter referred to as XXX), does hereby appoint Almahboub International Investment Company Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ″AIIC″), to effect parts and food stuffs transport from XXX to XXX, as detailed, under the following terms and conditions.

1.1 AIIC undertakes hereby shipping of parts and food stuffs from XXX to XXX in accordance with the list attached hereto.5 ?4 k; c; `/ [
2. Freight rate
; `* h. L) ~, ^" A# N2.1 Above cargoes shipping from XXX to XXX as freight rates for one truck (load-bearing 15 tons) the amount is 600,000 USD.# K( A: {5 S4 e
2 trucks x 600,000= 1,200,000 USD
5 W2 `4 s/ H; k J0 D6 ^: q2.2 Grand Total freight rate 1200,000 USD being for the purpose of transporting above cargoes from XXX to destination designated.
Z$ X/ D6 L! b: p, X2.3 Above referring to freight rate is lump sum, i.e. it covers loading & unloading fees, cargo insurance and VAT, etc.6 H- ?& h/ } f2 b. f: }- \
3. Terms of payment , }6 G0 Y8 A o; f1 j) \6 M3 M
3.1 Each invoice made from AIIC shall be accompanied by necessary supporting documents.; T( o6 R$ q- y) s) r
In order to facilitate checking of invoices and to expedite payment, each invoice shall bear the contract number and title, and shall itemize work on each individual job separately.( \. A/ v6 {) _! A
3.3 The payment will be made within 7 days from the date of receiving invoice.

7 p1 q( a3 o9 K1 u4.1 The cargos above mentioned should be transported to destination within 4 days as from the date the delivery sheet issued. If failure to do can cause AIIC to pay penalty of 5% total payment for each day unless force majeure.
) Y3 v' ]! r' x9 C0 i% {5. Obligations
7 l; e3 \; P$ T# E x$ u5.1 In case of losses occurrence during transportation from XXX to destination, AIIC shall compensate XXX for the losses as per full of cargo values.
! O, B7 ?2 G3 i/ U+ p4 a5.2 AIIC should transport the cargos with maximum safety, ensuring that these cargoes are sent to destination without damage.$ f( p/ [ L, p2 ]" r% o) G
5.3 AIIC should make a report of shipment by fax to XXX each two days, which state the status of shipping as to the cargos.
$ V. R2 k; |% I9 q$ g4 y, X5.4 AIIC should make marks on cargos so as to identify easily. If the cargo is shipped to wrong destination, AIIC should be liable for transportation until it reaches to proper destination.- r* V. w$ j; c6 U6 b
