请教各位,有公司有CE认证的吗?我遇到一个关于CE的问题,请多指教,不胜感激啊!
" b' h" _* C2 |8 \欧洲市场,有的客户说,他们可以用CE Declaration of Conformity 代替CE certificate.网上查了下资料说是叫"符合性声明书",不过看了那些解释还是不明白到底是什么意思.

1)CE Declaration of Conformity  是指CE合格申明表,意思就是要获得CE certificate 以后才出具的吗?
9 P4 [$ ~* x& Q- s% p8 m- p5 u2)如果不是获得CE certificate后才出具的,那么具体是怎么样来做这个申明呢?我看到有资料说它是个自述性的文件,意思是指这是自己做出来的一个表吗?这个格式是通用的吗?还是需要其他什么机构出具?9 D, G. ~3 `6 D: w
3)我看其他资料说,CE certificate 需要在欧盟存放其技术档案,以下这句话就是指的这个吗?5 G) p1 ?) a0 C6 ^, o% o
