新客户,试单到美国出了些问题,终于被我解决了。
今年5月份找到一个美国客户,花了些时间报价、寄样,客户确认。终于在8月15日收到客户的一个试单。, @ w+ H j# r4 h
工厂是比较配合的工厂,如期保质的完成了货物并出运了,我很高兴,本来以为一切都很顺利,还跟客户说,不久你就会收到我的试单货物,我相信你会十分满意的。虽然我很自信但是还是收到客户的一封信,打破了我的自信,如下:: q" |0 ?: L q

) q5 m6 W4 F* v: @- ?Yes we did receive the cargo and had a brief chance to check the products on Friday. Unfortunately, I am dissapointed with our initial quality checks against our specifications. Upon our initial quality checks we have several problems that we need to address right away. I am out of the office all day today(Monday) and will be back in the office Tuesday afternoon. We will address these problems in more detail at that time.

我当即就和工厂马上沟通了一下,真相大白了,客户喜欢用X, XL表达产品的尺寸,工厂喜欢用CM表达,当时我下单给工厂的时候合作上说的是X, XL,工厂的大号和特大号和客户的有些区别,造成了这样的错误。

, ^. B3 F8 |( [+ b! c7 M5 a# m. |当天晚上我马上打电话给客户,诚恳的解释了为什么产品尺寸有些误差,我说了这个我们文化的差异,喜欢的表达方式不同,以后我们将直接DUPLICATE你的样品,这样就不会有什么问题了。另外给客户下了军令状,只要以后出任何同样的错误,我们接受赔偿要求。# z' ]1 l9 b: ^0 Q

Also, we will be reviewing the samples that you sent to us earlier and we will review the new counter samples that you are sending to us on the two products that we already ordered.

/ M; g+ d1 M! YPlease forward our new, lower costs that you mentioned in your earlier email. We will need to compare your new costs with our current pricing from our other suppliers. Our volumes are increasing and our current suppliers are sending us new costs as well for 2007. ' c }; _7 }. H" m+ F
