第一，这里写FOB China,那我的形式发票上原本都是写FOB NINGBO,那是否要改成FOB China呢

那个发票号的内容 是你制作的并告诉了外商了?

是啊，有什么问题吗？我们的形式发票做了要给客户确认一下的，没什么法律效律的，我们可以重做的

1.还是该成fob china2.不用写3. 1正本和2副本商业发票，并且固定的标牌能证明原产地

第二个问题你如果是仔细阅读客户的英文的话，他的意思也没有什么歧异，已经说明了是按照你形式发票上所做的不同型号，应该是没有什么问题，但是那个FOB条款，客户的应该跟你的一致，或者是你的应该跟客户的一致，这样信用证“单单一致”的原则贯彻了，才不会有什么问题。
